Welcome to the registration site of the 2005 OSI Education Conference! Please note that the conference is BY INVITATION ONLY!

We have developed this site for your convenience and we kindly ask you to register online by filling out ALL the fields in the registration form which are marked with a * as these are all REQUIRED fields.

Before starting your registration: please have your TRAVEL INFORMATION with you! Once you have fully completed all the required fields, please submit your registration profile by hitting the SUBMIT button. Please note that once you do this you will NOT be able to reenter your profile to make changes therefore we ask you to pay special attention to the details of your registration prior to submitting.

If you are unable to fully complete your registration, you may save your information by hitting the SAVE button, which will allow you to sign off, save your information, and come back at a later time to complete your registration profile. (You will need your invitation code to reenter the system.)

Please note that the maximum number of people that can participate in any of the three parallel trainings is 25. Register early!

Those who need visas or invitation letters to enter Hungary will find included in the registration form a VISA APPLICATION section. Please have your PASSPORT INFORMATION with you before starting to fill out these fields!

The deadline for registration is extended until 29th April 2005! Please note that we cannot accept any reservations after this deadline! We encourage those who require visas to Hungary to register as soon as possible, as this process may take up to 8 weeks.
